You can be any age! However, under 18 does need parental approval and a parent must be present the entire session.

What exactly is a milk bath session?

Exactly how it sounds! The difference with other milk baths and mine is that mine are out in the woods and set in nature! I haul buckets of creek water up a hill to fill the tub, add powdered milk and voila! All you have to do is bring a bouquet of real flowers of your choice and slide into the cool relaxing water!
